Steve has been a licensed Real Estate broker since 1979 and has owned and operated the RE/MAX Top Achievers franchise since 1991.  In 2007, RE/MAX Top Achievers, Inc. merged with RE/MAX Heritage, LLC and Steve is now one of four broker/owners of the 50+ Agent office.  RE/MAX Heritage, LLC is now the #1 Real Estate Company in the Eastern Middlesex Association of Realtors.

Lynne has been affiliated with RE/MAX since 1994 and as a real estate agent since 1997.  Working in the capacity of a office manager until 2007, Lynne is skilled in agent relations, computer technology & office systems.  In 2007, along with the merger of RE/MAX Top Achievers and RE/MAX Heritage, Lynne obtained the role of Team Leader of the Steve Chuha Team.   Tasks in the leadership role include assisting team members with price analysis, transaction coordination, checks & balances, organization of team meetings and developing strong professional standard knowledge throughout the team. Lynne markets in a wide variety of community, and specializes in the Merrimack Valley as well as Reading and the surrounding towns.

Elise has been a licensed Realtor since 2003 and became a member of the Steve Chuha Team since January 2005.  Originally from Medford, Elise has resided in Reading since 1986 with her husband  and three children.  Elise is extremely knowledgeable in the Reading Real Estate market but also aggressively markets and sells in her old neighborhood and surrounding towns: Medford, Malden & Somerville. Elise obtained her CBR (Certified Buyer Representative) designation in 2004 and specializes and Buyer representation.

Joyce has been a licensed Realtor since 1995 and became a member of the Steve Chuha Team in June 2007.  Joyce was born & raised in Wakefield Massachusetts and since resides there with her husband. She also has two children, Michelle & Daniel.  Joyce obtained her Certified Buyer Representative designation (CBR) in 2004 and the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES) in 2006.

Her extensive knowledge in the North Shore Market makes it possible for her to assist Seller and Buyers alike. As an experienced Realtor, she has the expertise to guide people through the multi-facets of selling or buying a home with ease.

Piera has been in the Real Estate business for 3 years, and has over 20 years of personal experience in Sales of single and investment properties, 1031 Exchange, Eminent Domain, Setting up Trusts and Condominiumizing Commercial Real Estate.

Piera is a graduate of Somerville High School and managed 110 apartments until 1986 at which time she became self employed as a workroom to Interior Designers, while continuing to work with personal Real Estate. Piera's philosophy of loyalty and trust applies to her clients as it did in her business for 19 years.
